Save your design as original format.
Don't transfer it into "jpg" file or other image type, unless it's photo or process printing.
Indicate required colors and their location on decal
Call out all part dimensions, i.e. finished size, cutouts, radius corners, etc.
Convert fonts to line art: curves, paths, outlines(if fonts cannot be converted, send then along with the artwork)
